Every home is different. An over the phone questionnaire is conducted about your home including how many square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, and pets is conducted to give you the best price. If it goes past our allotted time for the quote we gave you, we switch to an hourly rate, but that is very rare. An assessment is conducted on the first cleaning and prices vary depending on packages and services requested by customers.
2. Do I have to provide supplies?
No, we bring all cleaning equipment and products. Unless you have a special product you would like us to use.
3. Do you require contracts?/Cancellation Policy?
When setting up an appointment or service we will require a major credit card to keep on file to hold your reservation(s).
You must call 72 hours in advance. If you don't cancel before then we will have to run your credit card for half the amount of your service based on your oral agreement with us. This is what allows us to not do contracts. It takes a lot of planning and strategy to properly plan our week, this covers the cost of missed business.
4. What happens if I am dissatisfied with the clean?/ 100% guarantee?
If you call within 24 hours we will send a crew back the same day or next business day to fix the problem.
